JV Head Coach

Boys JV Basketball

Coach Chris Williams enters his 4th season as Head Coach of the Junior Varsity team. The 2016-17 (Year 1) team finished 2nd in league play and made it to the Quarterfinals of the City Playoffs. During the 2017-18 campaign the Ravens finished league play with a 9-8 record but was able to make a strong push in the City Playoffs which included knocking off #1 seed Iona Prep in the Quarterfinals. The season would end for the Ravens with a loss to Mt St Michael in the Semi-Finals, the furthest the JV team has reached in the City Playoffs in over 10 years.

Coach Williams has been apart of the coaching staff at St Raymond since 2010. He served as a assistant coach on the varsity staff that won the 2012 CHSAA City Championship team led by former Ravens Head Coach Oliver Antigua. During the same time he also served as a assistant coach of the freshman team to current varsity head coach Jorge Lopez (2010-2012). In 2013 Williams was promoted to Head Coach of the Freshman team. In his lone season as Head Coach of the Freshman team, the Ravens finished with a overall record of 21-5 and won the CHSAA City Championship against a then undefeated Cardinal Hayes team.
